Area Reservation Request & Event Submission Form

Use this form to request a reservation for space in the Law School with the exception of seminar and adjacent conference rooms, conference rooms within office suites and clinic rooms. Note that room request for the academic program will have priority over non-academic reservations in some circumstances even those that have been confirmed. Requests must be made one week prior to the event and will normally be processed within 48 hours. You may also download and fill out a form for submission to the Student Affairs Office.

INSURANCE

Commercial events liability insurance is required for the following student events: (1) events before 5:00pm on weekdays when a non-Law School audience is expected; (2) events scheduled on weekends or after 5:00pm on weekdays with food and/or when a non-Law School audience is expected. The Law School will pay the basic insurance premium ($50) for registered events that are sponsored by a student organization. When alcohol is served at the event, an additional insurance premium of $100 must be paid by the organization that is sponosoring the event. 48 hours prior notice to the insurance company is required for events where alcohol will be served.
